1. What are points? What can I use them for?
  • Points are rewards you earn when you shop or participate in activities on our website.
  • You can use your points to redeem discount coupons, exclusive gifts, or future shopping benefits.
2. How do I use the discount coupons redeemed with points?
  • Once your redemption is successful, the system will generate a discount code.
  • Simply enter this code in the discount code field during checkout to apply the corresponding discount.
3. Do points expire?
  • Yes.
  • Points will expire 365 days after the date they are earned.
  • To avoid losing your rewards, please use your points before they expire.Enter the answer here
4. How are physical gifts shipped?
  • If you redeem a physical item:
  • We will arrange shipment within 3–5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information.
  • (Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.)
5. Can I request a point refund if I no longer want the redeemed reward?

Yes.
If the discount code has not been used, or the redeemed physical item has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to cancel the redemption.
Once the cancellation is approved, the points used for the redemption will be returned to your account.

Please note:

  • ♦ Points cannot be refunded once the discount code has been used or the physical item has been shipped.
  • ♦ Processing a point refund may take 1–2 business days.
6. Can I transfer my points to another account?
  • Point transfers or merging across accounts is not supported.
  • All points are limited to use within the original account.
7. Can I use points and discount codes together?

According to Shopify rules, certain discounts may not be stackable.
Whether they can be combined depends on the message displayed at checkout.

8. How can I check my points?
  • After logging into your account, you can view your points in:
  • The “My Points” section in your account dashboard
  • The Rewards widget at the bottom-right corner of our website
  • There you’ll be able to see your current points balance and activity history.
